Cafayate, Argentina

The long rides through Cafayate were exquisitely satisfying. We were driving through an endless canvas of vast hills with red, green, yellow and purple rocks. Everywhere, a warm amber mist flamed the landscape in orange tones.

The roads are empty, the food is mouth-watering, and the wine is tasty. Locals are friendly, and I feel a somewhat discreet European vibe.
